Today two sides……..! Here <\/a>you get to 24 October<\/h2>\n

After yesterday’s shock we have to calm down and get out stuff reorganised again. There is a lot of laundry to do which Annette cared for and Wendelin insists on buying more pegs so that the laundry is not always flying away.<\/p>\n

After this we go buying 2 camping chairs (one for 5 and the other for 10 AUD) and a small camping table.<\/p>\n

Later, Annette got an appointment at the hairdresser – as you can see -, and Wendelin got a haircut at the „Barber-Shop“.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon, we take a bus downtown Brisbane and rent 2 bikes for some driving around the riverside.<\/p>\n

From the ferry stop near CBD we drive through the Botanical Garden, then over a bridge to the Southbank, a central recreation area. Here, Brisbane is showing its relaxed side: cafes, restaurants and a huge swimming „pool“ public and free of charge….<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

At the end of the day, Annette cooked a nice dinner, grilled fish – Painted Sweetlip Filet – with asparagus, cauliflower and portoblello mushrooms….<\/p>\n

With us or next to us five Dutch people cooked and some French….<\/p>\n
